A special place with shady grassy sites on the Encampment River in Riverside, Wyoming. Lazy Acres has all of the amenities you need for a great get away. Our Campground and RV Park is truly one of a kind. Enjoy the beautiful landscape while staying in our clean campsites, and for those of you that are a little less adventurous, stay in one of our motel rooms, complete with cable TV, heat and air conditioning. The Lazy Acres Campground and RV Park provides travelers with all of their RV needs, including water, sewer hook ups, 30 and 50 amp electric, wireless internet access, and most of all plenty of space to stretch out and relax.

Hiker/biker guests walked in or rode in on 2 wheels): $8.50 per person per day camping fee, plus tax - includes shower!

WEEKLY CAMPING/RV RATE- Stay 6 nights and get the 7th night FREE!

CAMPING CABIN

Dogs	$10 Cleaning Fee
Dogs may not be left unattended in the camping cabin. No cats permitted in camping cabin.
Included: 1 double bed, 2 twin bunk beds, electric lights, refrigerator, use of bath house, BBQ grill. Please bring bedding, cooking utensils, food, etc. $20 extra if we provide bedding and towels for 2 people.

MOTEL RATES

Check in after 3pm. All rooms non-smoking. 2 rooms have 2 double beds, one room has one queen size bed, and one room has one double bed. Well behaved dogs allowed-$15 cleaning charge. Dogs may not be left in room unattended. Cats are not permitted in the motel rooms. Limited daily maid service. Check out-11AM. No weekly rate for motel.

2012 Monthly Rates

	1 or 2 people-
FULL HOOK-UP SITES	$365 per month. Electricity cost is additional and metered. Cable TV included.
MONTHLY RATE FOR WATER/ELECTRIC ONLY SITE:	$350 per month, cable TV included.
$15 extra per month for each extra person.
Only certain sites are rented at the monthly rate. They are limited in number and are reserved on a first come first served basis.
No sales or lodging tax is charged on monthly rentals.
